Sue is a mum, a former journalist and a proud Hamiltonian and so she is a champion for early intervention and strong regional development plans. She loves a day at the races and her guilty pleasure is Coronation Street.

About Sue

Sue has been an MP since 2005, she has held the roles of Junior Government Whip, Spokesperson for Education, Women's Affairs, Early Childhood Education, ACC and Aged Care at various times.

She brings her experience as a trade unionist and health advocate with her to Parliament. In the 1990s she negotiated the only nationwide employment agreement for people working with horses.
